Job Description
Immediate Radiology Technician (RT) contract opportunity available at our Corporate Health Center at Newark Airport.
Pay Rate: $50.00/hr
Work Schedule:
- 8:00am – 5:00pm (Saturday and Sunday)
- 16 hours per week
Contract Details:- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: 11/08/2026 (likely extension)
Responsibilities:
- Processes medical films, transports patients, and provides other routine assistance to radiology staff in the occupational health clinic.
- Assists with processing medical films and maintaining darkroom
- Reviews film for proper identification and quality check
- Prepares films for reading by physicians
- Prepares solutions for film processor
- Assists technologists with preparing solutions used in radiologic and other diagnostic imaging procedures
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Radiologic Technologist in an ambulatory care, occupational health or emergency department setting preferred
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Certificate
- Documentation of state license/registration
