Our client is a well-established urgent care provider with multiple locations throughout the Greater Boston area. They are seeking a
Radiology Technician (RT) to perform diagnostic imaging and support patient care in a collaborative, team-based environment. This hybrid role includes both clinical and front desk responsibilities when imaging needs are low—perfect for someone who thrives on variety and values professional growth.
What You’ll Do:
•Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures
•Ensure patient comfort and maintain safety protocols during exams
•Manage imaging equipment and perform basic troubleshooting
•Support front desk and clinical operations during low-volume periods
•Work primarily at one site, with one floating day at a nearby clinic each week
What You Bring:
•Associate degree or equivalent from an accredited program
•Active ARRT certification
•6+ months of experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply)
•Strong communication and multitasking skills
•Team-oriented, flexible, and confident working independently
Schedule & Benefits:
•3x12 schedule (8 AM – 8 PM) including Monday or Friday and every other weekend
•Schedules published 4 months in advance
•Overtime eligible
