We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented C-Arm / X-Ray Technologist to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures, with emphasis on fluoroscopic C-arm operation for interventional spine procedures and general orthopedic radiography.


Key Responsibilities


  • Operate C-arm fluoroscopy equipment during minimally invasive spine procedures, joint injections, and pain management interventions
  • Perform diagnostic radiographic X Ray examinations of the musculoskeletal system
  • Position patients appropriately to obtain optimal imaging while ensuring radiation safety
  • Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment according to manufacturer specifications
  • Follow ALARA principles and radiation safety protocols
  • Prepare examination rooms and ensure sterile technique compliance during procedures
  • Document procedures accurately in EMR system
  • Collaborate with physicians, physician assistants, and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
  • Maintain patient privacy and HIPAA compliance at all times
Required Qualifications


  • Current New York State Radiologic Technologist License (ARRT certification required)
  • Minimum [1-2] years of experience operating C-arm fluoroscopy equipment
  • BLS/CPR certification
  • Strong knowledge of radiation safety protocols and dosimetry
  • Experience with orthopedic and spine imaging preferred
  • Proficiency with PACS and EMR systems
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
Preferred Qualifications


  • Previous experience in orthopedic or pain management setting
  • Familiarity with interventional spine procedures
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
