Radiology Technologist

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) to join a respected healthcare organization known for delivering exceptional patient care through some of the nation's top providers. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled imaging professional who is passionate about providing accurate diagnostic imaging and outstanding patient service.

Responsibilities

• Execute physician imaging orders accurately and efficiently.
• Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Develop and process radiographic images according to department standards.
• Maintain and inspect X-ray equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Transport X-ray films and laboratory specimens as needed.
• Ensure timely follow-up and communication of imaging results with Radiologists.
• Demonstrate knowledge of digitizing room procedures and imaging workflows.
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all regulatory and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Registered Radiographer (ARRT) certification required.
• State Registered Radiologic Technician license required.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of 3 years of radiology experience.
• Certified Radiologic Technologist license.
• Strong understanding of radiographic procedures, patient positioning, and radiation safety.
