Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech)
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) to join a respected healthcare organization known for delivering exceptional patient care through some of the nation's top providers. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled imaging professional who is passionate about providing accurate diagnostic imaging and outstanding patient service.
Responsibilities
Execute physician imaging orders accurately and efficiently.
Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Develop and process radiographic images according to department standards.
Maintain and inspect X-ray equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Transport X-ray films and laboratory specimens as needed.
Ensure timely follow-up and communication of imaging results with Radiologists.
Demonstrate knowledge of digitizing room procedures and imaging workflows.
Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all regulatory and safety standards.
State Registered Radiologic Technician license required.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
Minimum of 3 years of radiology experience.
Certified Radiologic Technologist license.
Strong understanding of radiographic procedures, patient positioning, and radiation safety.
