Operates conventional, fluoroscopic, portable radiology equipment to obtain clinical diagnostic images as directed by physicians. Performs routine diagnostic radiology procedures according to established standard and practices. Position patients and adjusts x-ray equipment to obtain correct exposures. May perform other administrative and clinical duties as necessary for the needs of the department and/or organization.
Minimum Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited program in radiologic technology.
ARRT certified.
Indiana State Board licensed or eligible. (If board eligible, must become licensed upon first opportunity).
Willing to work additional hours when requested by supervisor; available for callback on scheduled weekends.
Willing to work one holiday each year.
Must be CPR certified. Willing to cross train in at least one other modality.
