**Description** **Radiology Technologist (Clinic Setting)** + **PeaceHealth | Vancouver, WA - Multiple Clinic Locations** + **Full-time & part-time day shifts and variable per diem opportunities** + **Pay range: $40.11-$60.17/hour (based on experience and qualifications)** **Looking for a Clinic Role with Balance?** If you enjoy working one-on-one with patients, value a predictable weekday schedule, and want a pace that allows you to do your job well, this could be a great fit. **PeaceHealth is growing its** **ambulatory X-ray teams** **across** **multiple clinics in Vancouver, Washington** **. We're looking for Radiologic Technologists who prefer a clinic-based environment over hospital work and enjoy consistency, autonomy, and patient-centered care.** **What You'll Do** In this outpatient clinic role, you'll: + Prepare exam rooms and ensure imaging equipment is ready + Review patient history, prior images, and orders before each exam + Perform standard X-ray exams using accurate positioning and safety practices + Communicate clearly and calmly with patients during exams + Adjust exams based on patient needs or unexpected findings + Follow radiation safety standards, including ALARA principles + Confirm pregnancy status when appropriate + Perform occasional portable or surgical X-rays with proper precautions + Keep your workflow organized and complete documentation in a timely way + Support students or new caregivers as needed + Assist with general patient care tasks within your scope and training **Who This Role Is Great For** This opportunity is open to **both experienced technologists and new graduates** , with openings at **several clinic locations throughout Vancouver, WA.** You'll likely enjoy this role if you: + Prefer outpatient or clinic-based imaging + Like working independently and managing your own workflow + Value predictable daytime hours + Enjoy being the go-to imaging resource for a care team + Appreciate a respectful, inclusive, and supportive work environment **What You Bring** **Education & Credentials** + Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program + Washington State Radiologic Technologist license + ARRT certification in Radiography + BLS required at hire **Experience & Skills** + One year of experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply) + Comfort working independently in a clinic setting + Understanding of age-specific patient needs + Venipuncture skills + PACS/RIS experience (ImageCast/CareCast preferred) + Clear communication and strong organization skills **Why PeaceHealth?** PeaceHealth supports caregivers as whole people-at work and beyond. **For positions over 0.5 FTE:** + Low-cost medical, dental, and vision coverage + 403(b) retirement plan with employer contributions + Generous paid time off + Employer-paid life and disability insurance + Tuition and continuing education reimbursement + Mental health and wellness resources **For positions under 0.5 FTE:** + 15% differential in lieu of benefits + 403(b) retirement plan for caregiver contributions + Wellness benefits, discount programs, and expanded EAP All roles come with a **culture of belonging** , where every caregiver is respected and valued. **Interested?
