PeaceHealth is growing its **ambulatory X-ray teams across multiple family medicine clinics in Vancouver, Washington** . We're looking for Radiologic Technologists who prefer a **clinic-based environment** over hospital work and enjoy consistency, autonomy, and patient-centered care.
**What You'll Do**
In this outpatient clinic role, you'll:
+ Prepare exam rooms and ensure imaging equipment is ready
+ Review patient history, prior images, and orders before each exam
+ Perform standard X-ray exams using accurate positioning and safety practices
+ Communicate clearly and calmly with patients during exams
+ Adjust exams based on patient needs or unexpected findings
+ Follow radiation safety standards, including ALARA principles
+ Confirm pregnancy status when appropriate
+ Perform occasional portable or surgical X-rays with proper precautions
+ Keep your workflow organized and complete documentation in a timely way
+ Support students or new caregivers as needed
+ Assist with general patient care tasks within your scope and training

**What You Bring**
**Education & Credentials**
+ Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
+ Washington State Radiologic Technologist license
+ ARRT certification in Radiography
+ BLS required at hire
**Experience & Skills**
+ One year of experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply)
+ Comfort working independently in a clinic setting
+ Understanding of age-specific patient needs
+ Venipuncture skills
+ PACS/RIS experience (ImageCast/CareCast preferred)
+ Clear communication and strong organization skills
