**What You'll Do**
You'll focus on high-quality outpatient imaging in a busy family practice setting.
+ Perform standard X-ray exams for clinic patients
+ Position patients safely and comfortably
+ Select the right technique to produce clear images
+ Prepare and stock exam rooms for daily use
+ Review patient history and prior imaging before exams
+ Partner with providers when exam questions arise
+ Educate patients on what to expect-before and after imaging
+ Follow radiation safety and infection control standards
+ Screen for pregnancy when appropriate
+ Use PACS/RIS to document and manage images
+ Support students or teammates as needed
+ Adapt quickly when patient needs change
**You'll work regular weekday hours alongside the same care team-building relationships, not burning out.**

**What You Bring**
**Required**
+ Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
+ Washington State Radiology Technologist license
+ ARRT (Radiography)
+ Basic Life Support (BLS) at hire
+ Experience working with PACS/RIS
+ Ability to work with patients of all ages
+ Venipuncture competency
**Preferred**
+ 1+ year of experience (new grads welcome)
+ ImageCast/CareCast experience
