  • ARRT (R) certification in Radiography required (new grads within 6 months of hire)

What We're Looking For:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program. Certification required within 6 months of hire post-graduation from an accredited Radiology Program, required. 2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred. 
  • Experience: Minimum of one year experience in diagnostic radiology, preferred. 
  • Licensure/Certification: ARRT certification in Radiography - RT(R), required. Applicable state licensure as required, required. Post-graduates from an accredited Radiology Program with be required to pass their ARRT registry within 6 months of completing program, required
  •  Additional Skills (required): Applies principles of ALARA to minimize radiation exposure to patient, self, and others. Demonstrates current knowledge of federal and state radiation safety laws. Properly utilizes personnel monitoring devices. Ensures proper equipment performance and schedules maintenance for emergent needs. Properly operates radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment. Independently performs radiographic and non-interpretive fluoroscopic procedures, including intraoperative and mobile procedures, as prescribed by a licensed practitioner. Assists a licensed practitioner in the performance of radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures, including all intraoperative and mobile procedures including the following: ERCP’s, bronchoscopy, mini-c-arms, post reductions. Mobile imaging including lines and pacers and neonates.
