Job Summary
Under the direction and supervision of an MD, RN, or Office Manager, performs diagnostic imaging in clinic or hospital setting for pre-operative and post-operative total joint patients, and or, other duties related to patient imaging and processing of patient images.
Educational Requirements
- Graduate of an AMA approved training program for Radiologic Technologist, required.
Work Experience
- 1-2 years x-ray experience
License & Certifications
- Certified by the State of California, required.
- Registry by A.R.R.T, required.
- BLS, required.
Skills & Abilities
- Radiographic and fluoroscopic machines, portables, C-arms, power injectors, cassettes, grids, sponges, markers, ID flashers, and automatic film processors.
- GE VCT, Power injectors, Teleradiology Systems, DR Systems (PACS) and Centricity (RIS), and EPIC.
