    Description

    Compensation:

    • Base Salary - USD $76,939 to $119,475
    • Full Time/Night Shift (4 days @ 10 hours per day) - Tuesday - Friday from 3pm-1:30am
    • Full Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO)
    • Relocation Assistance Available - No
    • $4,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment – this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by the hospital that begin on your first day of employment.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
    • Upon hire: Oregon Radiographer License (1) Or 
    • Upon hire: Oregon Radiographer Temporary License (1) Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
    • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
    • Notes: (1) New graduates must have OBMI temporary license and obtain permanent license within 6 months of hire.

    Job Description:

    Radiology Technologist at our Newberg Medical Center in Newberg, OR. Full Time/Night Shift (4 days @ 10 hours per day) - Tuesday - Friday from 3pm-1:30am

    $4,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment – this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by the hospital that begin on your first day of employment.

    The Radiology Technologist performs imaging examinations according to physicians' orders, utilizing a variety of sophisticated imaging equipment, taking into account individual patients unique and/or age-related needs. Utilizes clinical knowledge and judgment in regard for proper positioning factors, radiation dose calibration of technique and patient treatment needed to produce optimal high quality images. Performs all examinations with minimal radiation exposure to patient and operator with ALARA awareness.
