    Get to Know Your Team: 

    • Portneuf Medical Center (PMC) is a nationally recognized healthcare leader with 205 beds, serving as the region's Level II Trauma Center and tertiary referral hospital, and is home to the Portneuf Heart and Vascular Institute, Portneuf Cancer Center, Portneuf Medical Group, and Portneuf Air Rescue. PMC has a Level III neonatal intensive care unit, an adult intensive care unit, nationally recognized orthopedic services, a full suite of cardiac care, Center of Excellence recognized surgeons, imaging, primary and specialty care.
    Responsibilities:
    • Under the supervision of the Radiologist and Director of Radiology, performs and/or assists with all routine diagnostic and therapeutic radiographic procedures.
    • Produce quality images while applying both radiation and physical safety measures.
    • Collect Patient Data and Document Procedure.
    • Perform Radiographic Procedures.
    • Assist Physicians with Fluoroscopic Procedures in Medical Imaging, endoscopy, and the operating room.
    • Performance Improvement.
    • This position will be primarily in Surgery
    Qualifications:

    Job Requirements:  

    • Completion of an accredited Radiologic Science program.
    • Certification and current registration for Radiologic Technologist (R) from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
    • BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
