Position Overview
A leading nonprofit healthcare organization in Portland is seeking a Radiology Technologist to join its diagnostic imaging team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-volume, collaborative environment supporting multiple departments, including surgery, critical care, emergency services, and outpatient imaging.
This position is ideal for candidates looking to expand their experience across a wide variety of imaging specialties while working with advanced technology and a highly skilled clinical team.

Schedule Options
Full-time schedules are available with:
  • 8-hour shifts
  • 10-hour shifts
  • 12-hour shifts
Available shifts include:
  • Days
  • Evenings
  • Nights
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures based on physician orders
  • Operate radiologic imaging equipment safely and efficiently
  • Ensure proper patient positioning to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
  • Adjust imaging techniques based on patient needs and clinical presentation
  • Maintain radiation safety standards and follow ALARA principles
  • Provide compassionate patient care throughout imaging procedures
  • Support imaging needs across multiple departments, including:
    • Surgical imaging
    • Fluoroscopy
    • Invasive procedures
    • Portable imaging
    • Outpatient imaging
    • Emergency services
    • Critical care units
Required Qualifications
  • Education that meets certification, licensing, or registration requirements
  • Oregon Radiographer License upon hire OR Oregon Radiographer Temporary License upon hire
  • ARRT Certification required within 6 months of hire
  • BLS Certification through the American Heart Association required upon hire
  • New graduates must obtain permanent Oregon licensure within 6 months if hired with a temporary license
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous radiology experience in a hospital setting
  • Experience working in fast-paced acute care environments
  • Exposure to multiple imaging specialties
