Radiology Technologist

Pride Health is hiring an X-Ray Technologist for our client in the medical facility. This is a temporary assignment opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Details:

Schedule: Monday-Friday, generally between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM

Location: Seattle, WA

Job Type: Contract

Contract Length: 3 months (possibility of extension)

Pay Range: $35/hr- $38/hr

• Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Description

• Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations according to physician orders and department protocols.
• Properly position patients to obtain accurate, high-quality diagnostic images.
• Operate and monitor radiologic equipment safely and efficiently.
• Apply knowledge of anatomy and physiology to correctly identify and image the required body areas.
• Explain procedures to patients and provide appropriate instructions to ensure comfort and cooperation.
• Follow radiation safety procedures and protect patients, staff, and themselves from unnecessary exposure.

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or completion of an approved Radiologic Technology program.
• Current ARRT certification.
• Current Washington State Certified Radiologic Technologist license.
• Current BLS certification.
