Opportunity to gain valuable rural hospital experience
Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray examinations according to physician orders.
Operate CT equipment and perform computed tomography studies safely and accurately.
Ensure proper patient positioning while maintaining radiation safety standards.
Review physician orders and verify patient information before procedures.
Monitor patient condition throughout imaging procedures.
Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
Follow hospital policies regarding infection prevention and patient safety.
Assist physicians and healthcare providers with imaging-related procedures as needed.
Maintain imaging equipment and report maintenance concerns promptly.
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
Current ARRT (R) certification required.
CT experience is required (ARRT (CT) preferred or equivalent documented CT competency).
Active Kansas Radiologic Technologist license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
Minimum of one year of recent Radiology Technologist experience preferred.
Previous Critical Access Hospital or rural healthcare experience is a plus.
Strong CT imaging skills.
Excellent communication and patient care abilities.
Comfortable working independently in a smaller hospital environment.
