**PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver, Washington** is seeking a **Radiology Technologist** for a **Part Time, 0.60 FTE, Day** position with a predictable schedule.
This role is ideal if you prefer weekend work, want consistency, or are looking to maximize pay while working fewer days.

**Position Details**
+ **Role:** Radiology Technologist
+ **FTE:** 0.60 (Part Time)
+ **Schedule:** Friday-Saturday, 0700-1930
+ **Location:** PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center - Vancouver, WA
+ **Pay Range:** $40.99 - $60.98/hour
+ Plus **$1/hr weekend differential**
+ Hiring rate based on experience, education, and union agreement
**Job Summary**
Prepare for and perform diagnostic x-ray examinations, including portable and surgical imaging. Use proper positioning, technique, and safety standards to produce high-quality images while supporting patient comfort and care.
**Essential Functions**
+ Prepare and stock exam rooms based on procedure needs
+ Organize daily workflow and complete related clerical tasks
+ Review patient history, imaging, and clinical information
+ Perform appropriate exams and consult with physicians as needed
+ Educate and guide patients before and after exams
+ Adapt exams to patient conditions and clinical challenges
+ Follow radiation safety and infection control standards (ALARA)
+ Support staff and student education when appropriate
+ Perform additional duties within scope of practice as assigned
**Qualifications**
**Education**
+ Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
**Experience**
+ 1 year preferred
+ Required knowledge of PACS/RIS systems
+ Strong understanding of age-specific patient care
**Credentials**
+ ARRT (Radiography) - required
+ Washington State Radiology Technologist license - required
+ Basic Life Support (BLS) - required upon hire
**Recent graduates welcome:**
ARRT-eligible graduates may apply. ARRT(R) certification required within 3 months of hire. Temporary WA X-Ray Technician Registration may be used while completing certification.
