40Job Description Summary:
The Radiation Therapist Aide serves as an important member of the oncology care team by helping ensure patients are prepared for treatment procedures while maintaining patient confidentiality, safety standards, and excellent customer service. This position is responsible for (but not limited to) treatment room preparation and turnaround, assisting on-treatment patients, coordinating schedules & transportation, stocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness and organization of clinical areas, and assisting with non-clinical duties to support workflow and patient comfort. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and sensitivity to the needs of oncology patients and their families.Job Requirements, Prerequisites and Essential Functions:
