Radon Mitigation Installation Technician
Previous radon mitigation installation experience is preferred, but not required. If you have experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, construction, or another skilled trade, you will receive the specialized training needed for the role.

During Your Workday:
Every home is different, making this a hands-on position that combines skilled installation work, problem-solving, and customer interaction. As a Radon Mitigation Installation Technician, you will install customized radon mitigation systems that help reduce radon levels and create healthier indoor environments for homeowners.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Install residential radon mitigation systems, including PVC piping, mitigation fans, electrical components, and system monitoring devices.
- Install indoor air quality products.
- Use power tools and ladders to work in basements, garages, attics, and other areas as needed.
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and adapt to each home's unique layout.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and answer questions throughout the installation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Inspect completed installations to ensure they meet company quality standards.
- Complete job documentation and installation photos.
- Maintain company tools, equipment, inventory, and work vehicle.
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
We are Seeking a Professional Who Has:
- Experience in radon mitigation or a skilled trade.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

- The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- The physical ability to lift to 50+ pounds, use power tools, and climb on ladders.
