RAICES Youth Leader Job Compensation:
RAICES Youth Leader Job Responsibilities:
Participate in youth group activities, community events, outreach efforts, and leadership development opportunities.
Arrive on time and prepared for all scheduled meetings, trainings, and program activities.
Assist with planning and facilitating youth-led activities, workshops, and discussions.
Represent the RAICES program at community events and awareness activities.
Help recruit and encourage other high school students to participate in RAICES programming.
Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants
Follow program expectations and encourage peers to do the same.
Complete required surveys, evaluations, and feedback forms to help improve the program.
Participate in the Annual Teen Summit and assist with youth-led workshops and activities.
Serve as a positive role model by demonstrating leadership, responsibility, and commitment to the goals of the RAICES program.
Perform other youth leadership activities as assigned.
