Your impact

  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and work orders.
  • Assemble and secure components using the correct hand and power tools.
  • Measure parts, confirm tolerances, and perform precision checks with calipers.
  • Drill, tap, and prepare bolt holes to specification.
  • Align and fit components using fixtures, templates, and jigs.
  • Inspect surfaces/dimensions and correct nonconformances.
  • Install and test wiring; document test results and maintain tool inventories.
  • Uphold 5S and safety standards; keep a clean, organized work area.

Schedule and training

  • Regular shift: 5:30 PM – 4:00 AM
  • Training period (first 2–3 months): 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Significant electromechanical assembly experience.
  • Advanced wiring capability and troubleshooting acumen.
  • Ability to read/interpret electrical schematics confidently.
  • Lift up to 35 lbs; communicate effectively in English.
  • Team-oriented, fast learner, safety-focused, and tool-proficient.

Compensation and perks

  • Starting hourly rate in Georgia: $21.00 (final rate may vary based on budget and your experience/skills)
  • $1,000 one-time sign-on bonus (pre-tax) paid after 180 days
