Railroad Construction/Maintenance Crew Laborer - Springdale, Arkansas

Pointer Smith Contracting Corp. is looking for reliable Railroad Laborers to support our track crew at the Springdale, Arkansas yard. No prior railroad experience is required — we're looking for hardworking individuals willing to learn and follow direction safely in the field.

Responsibilities:

Take direction from the foreman and complete assigned tasks efficiently. Perform physical labor duties related to railroad track work. Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment at all times.

Requirements:

Previous Railroad experience is a plus but not required. Reliable transportation to and from the Springdale, Arkansas yard office each day. Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends.

Schedule: Monday through Thursday minimum, with possible weekend work as needed.
