Job Summary
The incumbent is responsible for supporting CN's business, people and reputation by proactively changing people's attitudes and behaviours towards rail safety through proactive enforcement, educational, engineering and engagement initiatives designed to reduce train versus incidents and save lives. The incumbent provides training to internal employees, as well as local police and community members.

The role is performed in a combination of an office environment and outdoors in various types of weather and environmental conditions and with a workweek including weekdays, weekends and some statutory holidays depending on the service needs. The role requires being available on-call 24/7 to respond to critical incidences. The role involves managing priorities and delivering work within established timelines, with support from the team to ensure sustainable and effective workload management. The role requires frequent travel (as operational demands dictate); 80 to 90% of the time is spent in the field and 10 to 20% in the office.
