What You’ll Do

Be part of a hands-on team that builds and maintains America’s railroads and Railroad customers! You’ll work outdoors, operate tools and equipment, and help keep the tracks safe and strong.

Your Day-to-Day:

• ️ Use hand & power tools to repair and install track
• Operate construction equipment
• Load/unload materials and prep work sites
• Measure, align, and position track components
• Signal operators and control traffic near work zones
• ‍️ Work closely with your crew and report to a Foreman

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Driver’s License (Required)
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
• Willingness to work nights, weekends & travel (75%) if needed.
• ‍️ Safety-first mindset
• Team player with strong work ethic
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
