We are currently hiring a Host/Hostess.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Hostess to join our team. The Host/Hostess will welcome guests to our establishment, seat them at the appropriate tables, and ensure a smooth dining experience for all patrons.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of restaurant procedures and customer service principles.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave.
- Seat guests based on their preferences and the restaurant's availability.
- Answer incoming calls and take reservations when needed.
- Manage the waiting list and notify guests when tables are ready.
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables as needed.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

• Positive attitude
• Great interpersonal skills
• Ability to be patient and have a guest-oriented mindset
• Ability to learn the computer system/POS navigation
• All positions are also expected to perform a variety of side work tasks
• Ability to think quickly
• Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items frequently weighing up to 25 lbs
• Flexibility and availability to work am, pm, and weekend shifts
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be at least 16 years of age
