Wild Wing Cafe is seeking motivated, dependable, and energetic Shift Leaders to help lead daily restaurant operations and create an outstanding experience for our guests and team members. This position is ideal for someone with restaurant experience who enjoys leadership, teamwork, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support front-of-house and back-of-house team members during shifts
• Ensure excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and overall restaurant standards
• Support training and coaching of team members
• Assist management with daily operations and shift execution
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Help ensure proper cash handling and POS procedures are followed

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience required
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Dependable, professional, and organized
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
