We re looking for someone who can take ownership of a small, focused kitchen operation from ordering and receiving ingredients to prep and service. This is a great position for an experienced cook who enjoys working independently and wants a consistent schedule without the demands of a large kitchen.

Approximately 32 hours/week

1 prep + ordering day: approximately 4 hours

Wednesday Saturday: approximately 7-hour shifts

Consistent weekly schedule

$22/hour

Prepare and execute a focused ramen menu

Handle weekly prep and production

Order ingredients and maintain appropriate inventory

Receive and organize deliveries

Maintain food quality and consistency

Work ramen service Wednesday Saturday

Monitor waste and food costs

Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and follow food-safety standards

Communicate ordering, inventory, and operational needs with management

We d love to find someone with:

Professional kitchen experience

Strong prep and line-cooking skills

The ability to work independently and stay organized

Experience with ordering and inventory

An understanding of food cost and minimizing waste

Ramen or Japanese cooking experience is a plus, but not necessarily required

Reliability and consistency
