The Los Angeles Rams Foundation is seeking a dedicated and proactive 50/50 Raffle Lead to support our Rams Foundation Event Staff - 50/50 Raffle team for the 2026 football season. As a Raffle Lead, you will work closely with a Raffle Manager to execute key operational and supervisory tasks at Los Angeles Rams home games at SoFi Stadium, ensuring the success of The Los Angeles Rams Foundation's fundraising efforts.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Assist the Raffle Manager in gameday operations for the 50/50 Raffle program
  • Conduct device preparation and maintenance to ensure all sales equipment is functional
  • Manage inventory of raffle supplies
  • Track sales in real-time during games and provide support to seller performance
  • Assist with pre-game briefings for the raffle sales team
  • Coordinate gameday setup, including kiosks and signage, and assist with cleanup
  • Perform credential check-in/check-out for sellers and volunteers
  • Conduct gameday kiosk and TV checks to ensure operational readiness
  • Support new seller and volunteer training as needed
  • Raffle Leads will sell tickets if necessary, due to staffing

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education required
  • Must be able to work the majority of the 2026 season home schedule (at least 8 Rams home games, pre-season and regular season)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to interact positively with sellers, volunteers, and a large fan base
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in inventory and sales tracking
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Reliable transportation

Game Day Availability:

  • 1:05 pm / 1:25 pm Kickoff: Must arrive at 10:00 a.m. and stay until the raffle concludes
  • 5:15 pm / 5:20 pm Kickoff: Must arrive at 2:00 p.m. and stay until the raffle concludes
  • Working knowledge of The Los Angeles Rams Foundation preferred

All candidates must be available to work at least 8 Rams home games (pre-season and regular season). Schedules will be set at the sole discretion of The Los Angeles Rams Foundation and may vary depending on availability and performance. Raffle Leads will be employed at-will and are not guaranteed any minimum number of hours or shifts. This paid position is a seasonal role through the end of the regular season, with the potential for additional postseason games.

Pay Rate: $18.00
