Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:
Warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage and valet services, and facilitate smooth check-ins and check-outs.
Serve as a knowledgeable resource for ranch amenities, activities, and local attractions.
Safely operate shuttle vehicles, manage guest vehicle logistics, and maintain accurate records of vehicles and keys.
Set up and break down areas for events, classes, and guest experiences, handling supplies and equipment as needed.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of public areas, event spaces, and guest amenities; report maintenance needs promptly.
Support operational tasks including delivering linens, packages, and mail, tracking inventory, and assisting with labeling and shipping.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history.
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with guests effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a focus on guest satisfaction.
WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:
The pay rate for this position starts at $20.67/hour.
The wage for this role may take into account factors for compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure or certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
