Green Cell Consulting is seeking a highly qualified RTPD Administrator for Front Office Support to support Marine Corps training and readiness. In this role, you will provide elite administrative and executive support at the nerve center of range training policy, ensuring the seamless flow of Naval correspondence and command operations. If you're passionate about organizational efficiency, executive support, and supporting the nation's most elite warfighters, we want to hear from you.
Because this position directly supports the U.S. Marine Corps, we highly encourage transitioning service members and veterans to retain their actual military terminology on their resumes. Please do not "civilianize" your military experience (e.g., use "Commanding Officer" rather than "CEO," or "Sergeant Major" rather than "Director of HR"). We understand and value your military ranks, titles, and operational experience.
Founded in 2014, Green Cell Consulting is an ISO 9001:2015 Certified, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) committed to delivering superior learning and management services. Our core values—Trust, Service, and Value—guide our approach to providing purpose-driven individuals who deliver industry-leading services.
The RTPD Administrator reports directly to the Project Manager and provides administrative assistance, front office support, correspondence management, and executive-level administrative services tailored to the Range and Training Programs Division (RTPD) within the Range and Training Area Management (RTAM) Branch.
Draft and edit written correspondence, publications, and other documents.
Distribute correspondence and Naval messages to appropriate branch sections and conduct thorough reviews of the Branch monthly progress report for content accuracy.
Support incoming calls and emails as necessary and provide information for referral to the appropriate RTAM section.
Provide correspondence support for Range Safety and Design, Range Training Systems, and Range Control Systems and Support.
Support coordination and participate in documenting various planning meetings, conferences, and off-site meetings.
Support, coordinate, and track actions and responses using the Tasker Management Tool.
Analyze RTAM Range Support operations for efficiencies in the administrative functions of U.S. Marine Corps military ranges IAW MCO 3550.10.6.6.4.
Provide RTAM Administrative Assistance services to include supporting group efforts and discussions.
Draft, edit, and support the preparation of reports, presentations, charts, spreadsheets, and travel documentation, including Defense Travel System (DTS) support for the Branch.
Support RTAM operations utilizing Microsoft Office and Adobe software suites for document preparation, spreadsheet management, presentation development, and data entry services.
No security clearance is required for this position.
High School Diploma required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in general administration, human resources, business operations, or a related field.
Experience writing Naval correspondence is required.
Green Cell Consulting complies with ADA regulations. Candidates must be able to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
Capacity to sit for extended periods and maintain focus.
Daily travel within the local area during the workday, requiring the use of a personal vehicle.
May require business-related travel and the ability to work occasional evenings and weekends.
