Picture Your First Week

In our North Las Vegas facility, you jump in as a go-to problem solver—keeping work areas spotless, reviewing shop drawings, and setting up parts with the help of calipers & micrometers. You’ll cut, screw, and sand components; build simple templates to align parts; and use forklifts to move material safely. When needed, you’ll zip out to pick up or drop off orders, then return to share insights with your Manager that make each product iteration better. Safety is your constant companion, and you’re comfortable lifting 50–75 lbs and staying on your feet.

What We Build

MILO Live crafts live-fire training systems: Modular Containerized Small Arms Training Sets (MCSATS® /RR), modular and brick-and-mortar ranges, range equipment, and HVAC supply. Our in-house HVAC capability and strong metal fabrication, HVAC design, and installation background power our delivery of hundreds of modular and fixed ranges.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, organized office and shop/warehouse spaces.
• Run errands to pick up and drop off orders.
• Cut, screw, and sand parts with care and precision.
• Develop templates/jigs to hold and align parts.
• Operate forklifts and related material handling equipment.
• Read and interpret specifications and shop drawings.
• Use calipers & micrometers for precise measurements.
• Provide actionable feedback to your Manager for continuous improvement.
• Comply with all Safety and Health procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Accurate measuring tape reading skills.
• Physical capacity for 50–75 lb lifts, continuous walking, and strong hand/eye coordination.
• Fluent English communication (read/write/speak).
• Desire to learn new skills and cross-train in additional trades.
• Self-directed, reliable, and proactive.
