Responsibilities
This role serves as clinical expert to support patient care and staff development.
Provides clinical response for time-sensitive patient care, proactively augments care for patients at risk for deterioration, mentors clinical staff and monitors quality initiatives.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Current Kansas RN License
Associates Degree in nursing
Advanced clinical skills, i.e. Critical Care, Emergency
ACLS
Stroke certification
BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
