The Rooftop Bar seeks a friendly and confident Server Assistant to support the service team.
The role involves preparing and refilling beverages, assisting servers, clearing and resetting tables, removing trash, and sanitizing the restaurant.
Key Tasks: setting tables, maintaining tableware, assisting with food and beverage service, responding to guest requests, and adhering to guiding principles.
Qualifications: professional and courteous demeanor, strong attention to detail, guest-focused attitude, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending and kneeling tasks.
