Purpose: To serve as an internal extension to Marten’s sales force. Directly supporting Marten’s Sales and Pricing team in the quoting, onboarding and maintaining customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Process customer proposals in a timely and accurate manor.
2. Create and manage customer’s annual contract renewals.
3. Ensure customer qualifications are met prior to providing quotes and onboarding new customers.
4. Assist in collecting and maintaining customer information.
5. Complete customer Requests for Information and other various customer requirements.
6. Track communications for future reference and preventative maintenance.
7. Other duties assigned.
Abilities and Skills Required:
Ability to utilize and navigate through multiple computer systems and programs simultaneously
Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines
Have highly proficient skills in Microsoft Excel – VLOOKUP’s, Pivot-Tables and working in large data files
Have a high skill level of working quickly yet still paying attention to detail to eliminate errors
Education Required:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
