Technical Lead, Java, Web, Springboot, Microservices, Angular, Azure, AKS, Drools, SBeL, NoSQL, MongoDB, JSON document collections

Job Description 

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

•        Distributed systems & microservices architecture

•        API design, integration, and orchestration

•        Rules engine (Drools) + rules extraction/translation

•        Reverse engineering legacy systems (e.g., mainframe/Smalltalk)

•        Insurance domain (rating, underwriting, policy lifecycle)

•        Cloud-native development (Azure, AKS, CI/CD)

•        Frontend awareness (Angular)

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

•        Lead squad for end-to-end delivery (design → deploy)

•        Own integration architecture (rating engines, APIs, queues)

•        Drive rules extraction → transformation → implementation

•        Ensure scalability, resilience, and performance

•        Collaborate with business for rating/underwriting logic

•        Guide devs, enforce coding standards, review design/code
