Raw Material Clerk

A growing manufacturing company in Huntington Beach is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Raw Material Clerk to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in manufacturing, warehouse operations, or inventory control. Training will be provided for the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming raw materials.

• Organize and store materials in designated inventory locations.

• Review receiving paperwork, including certificates of compliance and related documentation.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock counts.

• Label and stage raw materials for production.

• Help ensure proper FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Work closely with production and warehouse teams to support daily operations.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Previous warehouse, inventory, receiving, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Basic computer skills and the ability to accurately enter data.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.

• $20.00 per hour, 1st shift
