Raw Materials Clerk

Jockey International Inc., is seeking a Raw Materials Clerk for its National Distribution center located in Mocksville, NC. This is an hourly paid clerical position. This is an 8-hour shift Monday-Friday 6:15 AM - 2:45 PM.

The primary duties of this position are:

• Prepare shipments of materials to ship and receive shipments of material into our computer system for Re-Operations contractors to insure accuracy.
• Maintain stockrooms for Re-Operations contractors and in house Re-Operations Department. Monitor/update inventory in the computer system, fill out material transfers and change/move material usage in system.
• Enter raw materials into portal system for each project and update the purchasing department.
• Provide the re-operations contractors with case listings specification sheets and pull the needed supplies for each Re-Operations project. assist with cycle counts on a quarterly basis.
• Verify cost for each project and supply PO information for each PO written and ensure accuracy Perform various other clerical duties as needed by the department.

Requirements

• Must have good communication skills.
• Must have WMS skills, general computer skills A/S 400.
• Must have Microsoft Office Excel Spreadsheet experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer 1 year experience.
