Responsibilities

First Shift Count/Reconcile Inventory Daily • Explain inventory gains/losses • Order inventory weekly • Track inventory loads for on-time delivery • Execute all promotions, mitigate any loss when promotion ends • Perform end-of-period tasks • Work closely with line support to ensure good unloading and storage practices • Match all blind receivers to bills and make sure bills match what was ordered • Work with MRP team on supplier changes to reduce cost of materials • Communicate with other production facility RMC's to send/receive materials to each other • Responsible for the cleanliness of the materials areas • Works with team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals • Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to assist team to solve operational issues • Tracks key performance indicators/costs, anticipating and correcting trends which would compromise achievement of financial targets

Regular and predictable attendance at the work site This role requires regular presence on the plant floor This role requires lifting up to 40 lbs. occasionally This role requires occasional work in poor weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, or snow This role may operate forklift and manufacturing equipment occasionally This role may require off-shift and weekend work

Compensation and Benefits

The expected compensation range for this position is between $60,200 - $90,200. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off in accordance with policy is subject to eligibility and includes:

• Vacation: for eligible full-time employees, a minimum of 15 paid vacation days • Holidays: for eligible full-time employees, the company provides 10 paid holidays annually • Sick Leave: for eligible full-time employees, 10 days (80 hours) of paid sick leave benefits are available for absences related to non-job-related injury • Sick leave benefit will be accrued during your first year at 1 day for each month worked in that calendar year • Bereavement Leave: In the event of a death of an immediate family member, full-time and part-time regular employees are eligible to receive up to three (3) consecutive working days with pay • Parental Leave: for eligible employees, the company offers paid parental leave for up to 6 weeks to allow for a time of bonding with their newborn or newly adopted child

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, HS diploma required A minimum of 2 years of manufacturing or operations experience preferred Demonated planning and organization skills Previous Experience with Inventory Management and SAP preferred Computer proficiency in Microsoft Suite Ability to give and receive constructive feedback Demonated ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environment
