Direct BCBA mentorship and support
Thoughtful caseloads built by clinicians
Flexible scheduling with full-time or part-time options to fit your life
Career growthopportunity with paid trainings and a path to become a BCBA
Empowering work with guaranteed autonomy to think creatively and problem-solve
What You’ll Be Doing:
Work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans
Track progress and communicate with families
Meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support
Ready to join a mission-driven, supportive team? Apply today and help us bring better care to the families who need it most!
