Pay Rate: $27.00/hr

Shift: 7: 30AM - 2: 30PM

Description:

Looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives? We're seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a school-based setting. In this role, you will provide direct behavioral support, implement behavior intervention plans, collect and monitor student data, and assist students in achieving their social-emotional, behavioral, and academic goals. You will work collaboratively with the cooperating special education teacher and educational team to create a positive, supportive learning environment.

What you'll need:

• 
  Current RBT certification
  
• 
  Experience working with school-age students preferred
  
• 
  Strong communication and teamwork skills
  
• 
  Ability to implement behavior intervention plans and accurately collect data
  
• 
  Commitment to supporting students' educational and behavioral success
  

Key responsibilities:

• 
  Provide direct behavioral support to students in the school setting
  
• 
  Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the educational team
  
• 
  Collect, track, and maintain accurate student behavioral data
  
• 
  Support students in achieving social-emotional and behavioral goals
  
• 
  Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and related service providers
  
• 
  Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
  
• 
  Maintain confidentiality and professional standards at all times
