This position offers approximately 15 consistent hours per week with a weekday afternoon schedule 2:00 - 5:00 p.m.At Thrive Hive ABA, we believe great ABA starts with supporting the people providing it. You'll work closely with your supervising BCBA, receive ongoing clinical support, and be part of a team where your work is valued.WHAT WE OFFER

- Provide one-on-one ABA services in the client's home
- Implement individualized treatment programs developed by the supervising BCBA
- Collect behavioral and skill-acquisition data
- Complete accurate and timely session documentation
- Communicate with caregivers and your supervising BCBA
- Participate in supervision, team meetings, and training
- Maintain professional and ethical standardsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to consistently work weekday morning hours in Newport
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dependable, professional, and committed to the families you serve
