POSITION SUMMARY: Safely move inoperable vehicles throughout property. May load and unload vehicles from flatbed, or car hauler trailers. Will also move dirt or stones as needed with bucket.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Support operations in moving of vehicles and support maintenance with property upkeep.

COMPETENCIES

• Ability to read worksheets by simple instruction

• Ability to work alone or as part of a team, unsupervised.

EDUCATION

• N/A

EXPERIENCE

• Will train, 2-5-years previous experience preferred.

• Experience with Wheel Loaders other heavy equipment preferred.
