RCM Operational Readiness Support Analyst
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Pay Rate: $62.53/hr W2
Duration: 6 Months
Experience Level: Senior (10+ Years)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced RCM Operational Readiness Support Analyst to support the implementation, operationalization, and stabilization of Regulatory Change Management (RCM) processes and governance frameworks. This role will focus on developing operational readiness materials, governance documentation, training content, operating procedures, and transition support to ensure successful adoption of Regulatory Change Management capabilities and seamless transition into Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in Regulatory Change Management, Compliance Operations, Governance, Risk Management, Operational Readiness, Change Management, and documentation development within a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
RCM Operational Readiness & Operating Model Support
  • Support implementation and stabilization of the Regulatory Change Management (RCM) Target Operating Model (TOM).
  • Assist with transition activities from project delivery to Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations.
  • Document and maintain RCM operating models, workflows, and business processes.
  • Support development and maintenance of RACI matrices and role/responsibility frameworks across impacted stakeholders.
  • Translate governance decisions and operating model requirements into practical operational procedures.
  • Assist with process handoffs, ownership transitions, and post-implementation operational support.
Governance, Documentation & Controls
  • Draft, update, and maintain RCM policies, procedures, standards, operating models, and governance documentation.
  • Ensure documentation aligns with enterprise governance standards and compliance requirements.
  • Support audit-ready documentation practices through proper version control, traceability, and ownership management.
  • Maintain supporting artifacts, process maps, reference guides, and control documentation.
  • Assist with documentation reviews and governance approvals.
Training, Change Management & Enablement
  • Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, process documentation, and reference resources.
  • Coordinate training readiness activities and support delivery of training sessions.
  • Assist with stakeholder communications and change enablement initiatives.
  • Support user onboarding activities for regulatory platforms and systems.
  • Prepare FAQs, communication materials, troubleshooting guides, and go-live support documentation.
  • Drive user adoption through effective communication and readiness planning.
Business Go-Live & Readiness Support
  • Support go-live planning, readiness assessments, and implementation activities.
  • Assist with cutover planning and documentation of go/no-go criteria.
  • Coordinate readiness validation across business, compliance, operations, technology, and vendor teams.
  • Support vendor onboarding and readiness activities related to RCM platforms and solutions.
  • Assist in documenting and operationalizing support models and post-go-live processes.
  • Participate in stabilization activities following implementation.

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Regulatory Change Management, Compliance Operations, Governance, Risk Management, Business Readiness, Change Management, or related fields.
  • Strong experience developing policies, procedures, operating models, governance documentation, and process documentation.
  • Experience supporting operational readiness, business transitions, and BAU implementations.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks and governance structures.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-wide change initiatives within regulated environments.
  • Strong documentation, writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex regulatory and business requirements into operational processes and procedures.
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership teams.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Financial Services, Banking, Capital Markets, or Regulatory Compliance experience.
  • Experience with Regulatory Change Management (RCM) programs.
  • Experience supporting audit, examination, and regulatory readiness activities.
  • Knowledge of governance frameworks, risk management practices, and compliance operations.
  • Experience supporting large-scale platform implementations and business transformations.
  • Familiarity with Target Operating Models (TOMs) and RACI development.
  • Change Management certification or methodology experience is a plus.
