Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Assist with claim preparation and submission to insurance payers.
Perform basic claim follow-up on unpaid or denied claims.
Post payments and adjustments accurately into billing systems.
Review accounts for errors and make necessary corrections.
Maintain accurate documentation of account activity.
Respond to routine inquiries from internal teams or patients.
Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
Meet productivity and quality benchmarks for assigned tasks.
Qualifications
0–2 years of experience in healthcare billing or administrative support.
Basic understanding of medical billing and insurance processes preferred.
Willingness to learn and grow within the RCM field.
Proficiency with Google Suite.
Must present themself cleanly and professionally
Be ready to meet on camera at all times
Background check required
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively 365 degrees with all levels of the company
