About the Role:
Waste Technology Services Inc is looking for a driven and knowledgeable RCRA Total Waste Management Account Executive to join our growing team in Buffalo, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to build meaningful client relationships while helping businesses navigate complex hazardous and non-hazardous waste compliance needs. Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of accounts requiring RCRA-compliant total waste management solutions
• Conduct waste stream assessments and present tailored hazardous and non-hazardous waste disposal programs
• Serve as a subject matter expert on RCRA regulations, EPA compliance, and waste minimization strategies
• Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery for clients
• Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing for waste management services
• Facility Quarterly Business Reviews

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in environmental services, hazardous waste management, or related B2B sales
• Working knowledge of RCRA regulations, EPA guidelines, and hazardous waste compliance requirements
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to manage a full sales cycle
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role
