Repack Associate

Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Occasional mandatory OT on Fridays (1–3x monthly)

Repack Associate – Must-Have Requirements

• Ability to lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Basic math skills for inventory and product tracking
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Comfortable using RF scanners and barcode systems

Repack Associate – Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Repack Associate to support warehouse and inventory operations. This role is responsible for removing products from original packaging, repacking items into designated bins, preparing pallets for shipment, and maintaining accurate inventory tracking using RF scanners.

The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a physically active warehouse environment.

Repack Associate – Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Pull products from original packaging and repack into designated bins
• Prepare products for palletization and shipment
• Wrap pallets securely for storage and transport
• Use RF scanners to track product movement and inventory accuracy
• Scan barcodes and update inventory information as required
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Assist with inventory handling and product organization
• Perform additional warehouse and repack duties as assigned
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse standards
• Support production and shipping timelines as needed
