Re-Upholsterer and Assembler

Start your new career as a Production Upholstery Associate with MAU at KGM Gaming in Duncan, SC. As a Production Upholstery Associate, you will reupholster, assemble, and inspect chair components while maintaining quality standards in a production environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What Were Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Knowledge of upholstery tools and techniques, including mallets, air-powered staplers, impact tools, and similar equipment
• Ability to work with foam, vinyl, specialty fabrics, and other upholstery materials
• Strong attention to detail
• Good physical strength to handle materials and perform repetitive production tasks
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment

What Youll Do as a Production Upholstery Associate:

• Remove old vinyl and fabric from chair components
• Install new vinyl or fabric covers using air-powered staple guns
• Assemble newly upholstered chair components into subassemblies
• Inspect components for damage before reupholstering
• Follow upholstery guides and production specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all workplace safety procedures
