• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Previous forklift experience preferred
• Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and scanning

Job Duties

• Operate forklifts to safely transport materials, pallets, and products throughout the warehouse
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers
• Move materials to designated storage, shipping, and production areas
• Scan and record inventory using the warehouse management system (WMS)
• Assist with picking, packing, stocking, and other warehouse functions as needed
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance issues
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or shipping and receiving is preferred.
• Current forklift certification or experience operating multiple classes of powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, teamwork, reliability, and productivity are well positioned for success as a Reach/Forklift Driver.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts in busy warehouse and manufacturing environments.
• Ability to maintain awareness of surrounding personnel, equipment, and inventory while operating powered industrial vehicles.

What You Will Do

As a Reach/Forklift Driver you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility.

A Reach/Forklift Driver helps maintain organized warehouse operations through safe operation of forklifts and efficient movement of inventory throughout the facility. This role combines equipment expertise with warehouse organization and operational awareness.

The Reach/Forklift Driver supports receiving, storage, production, and shipping through accurate material handling while maintaining workplace safety and inventory accuracy. Dependable work habits contribute directly to warehouse success.
