Location: Ontario, CA

$19.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM (2nd Shift)

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent reach forklift experience
• Warehouse experience in a high-volume environment preferred
• Experience using WMS or handheld scanning systems preferred

Job Duties

• Operate a reach forklift safely and efficiently
• Load and unload trailers, railcars, and transport vehicles
• Verify inbound and outbound products for accuracy and damage
• Use handheld scanners to track inventory and maintain WMS compliance
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report issues
• Work collaboratively with warehouse team members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
• Ability to safely work in warehouse environments with elevated storage racks and moving equipment.
• Ability to maintain awareness of surroundings while operating powered industrial vehicles.

What You Will Do

As a Reach Forklift Operator you will safely operate reach truck equipment to move, store, retrieve, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse. You will load and unload materials, replenish storage locations, support order picking, perform equipment inspections, maintain inventory accuracy, and follow established warehouse safety procedures while helping keep products moving efficiently through daily operations.

A Reach Forklift Operator helps maintain organized warehouse operations by safely transporting inventory using reach truck equipment. This role combines technical equipment operation with inventory accuracy and efficient material handling practices.

The Reach Forklift Operator supports product storage, replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining safe warehouse procedures and organized inventory locations. Strong focus and attention to detail contribute to successful daily operations.
