Position Overview:
VSSI Staffing is hiring an experienced High-Reach Forklift Operator for a busy warehouse operation in Dallas. This position is responsible for transporting, storing, and retrieving palletized products while maintaining inventory accuracy and following all safety procedures.
Responsibilities:
Operate a reach truck to store and retrieve products from high warehouse racks.
Complete put-away, replenishment, stacking, and order-picking tasks.
Load, unload, stage, and transport pallets throughout the facility.
Use an RF scanner to confirm product locations and inventory movements.
Verify item numbers, quantities, and storage locations for accuracy.
Complete daily equipment inspections and report mechanical or safety concerns.
Follow warehouse procedures and meet daily productivity expectations.
Maintain clean, organized, and obstruction-free work areas.
Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements:
At least one year of recent reach truck experience is preferred.
Experience working with high-rack storage systems.
RF scanner and inventory-handling experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain standing for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and workplace safety.
Dependable attendance and ability to work until daily production is completed.
