### Become a Key Player as a Senior Warehouse Associate - Bulk Driver - Reach Operator

You will support the client’s warehouse operations by receiving, handling, and staging freight to ensure accurate and timely movement of goods. Your work directly impacts customer shipments, supply chain efficiency, and warehouse safety. This is an onsite role at the LA Gateway Warehouse.

### Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

• Receive and offload vehicles, ocean containers, and trailers; check paperwork and report discrepancies or damages

• Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts, reach truck, and hand jacks to move and palletize cargo

• Prepare outbound loads: match paperwork, label freight, and handle ULD preparation

• Accurately sign off Bills of Lading and verify counts and damages

• Stage cargo within the warehouse to maintain safe, orderly flow and meet site KPIs

• Use the Warehouse Management System and booking-in sheets to maintain organization and inventory accuracy

• Execute quality expectations per SOPs, rework or recoup freight when required

• Assist with training new staff and contribute process improvement suggestions

• Maintain general housekeeping and complete site-specific tasks such as weekly bond checks and DFT procedures

**### Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role **

• Minimum 6 months of previous warehouse operations experience with the organization (site-specific requirement)

• At least 18 years old and able to meet physical demands (standing/walking for long periods, frequent bending, lifting up to ~50 lbs)

• Experience operating warehouse equipment (reach truck/forklift) and performing palletization and loading/unloading

• Ability to follow SOPs, meet established KPIs, and work flexible hours/days as required by the site

• High school diploma or GED

• Previous external warehouse or freight forwarder experience

• Familiarity with Bills of Lading, shipping manifests, and delivery orders

• Ability to speak Spanish
